Raghav_12 Posted November 21, 2011 Posted November 21, 2011 dont get excited over the Skillset of TRUNDLER King PK.. yadav got 9 wicekts in 2 tests and I bet if he was bowled more , he would have got atleast 12 to 14 wicekts in these 2 tests.....PK was over bowled and as a bowler he got as much as opportunity as He wanted where as Umesh was UNDERBOWLED probably bcos Dhoni did not want YADAV to get a FIFER ..i feel yadav and Aroon will beat all the pacers hands down and dhoni will look like a FOOL who selected VK SREESANTH ishant and PK before aroon in ENgland. I seriously feel it was MOST FOOLISH to ask the same bolwing attack to be selected everytime and loose the series 5-0 ..when u have lost the series why cudnt Aroon be given a chance, Aroon already slapped Dhoni by performing in a couple of 1 day matches ..there also he was massively underbowled........... dhoni under the pretext of saving fast bowlers is seriosuly underbowling umesh ( and aroon earlier) Cool down VRV Singh.. I have nothing against express bowlers, but eventually bowlers are selected to get wickets and if they are trundling their way to wickets, I don't see any problem with that. Praveen Kumar has done exactly that. Your logic that he got that many wickets because he overbowled, is fail because is that is the case, it would have reflected in his bowling average. He is purchasing his wickets at the cost of 25-26 runs which is quite good rate, as per me.

But few can argue that a tall bowler against Indian domestic batsmen does not have an easy time. Therefore, we should expect a very high level of domestic success from Gony if he is bowling well by any standard.

He has the height and built and stamina of a fast bowler.... If he improves his pace slightly he will bcom a 140K bowler and always had good bounce ..with lil swing , he will be ready to give competetion to Yadav and Ishant ..Our premier bowlers..as Zak is now old and out. He needs to add very lil pace as he needs to up his pace by 3 to 4K and bcom a 140+ bowler...bowl full length balls and try a bit of swing...he has Top class bounce... Out of other pacers we have like nachim tyagi and others this guy has natural Strength...and fairly OK action so he can really improve. Latest when I saw tyagi in a Up match I was disheartened as the trundler bhuvnesh and others were bowling better then him and others also seem to be average...

He is probably the fastest bowler of the world today....... I am sure most of u agree...... Going by this logic our most powerful pacer can also bcom fastest if he works a little harder...or slogs harder.
