Cricketics Posted June 5, 2015 Posted June 5, 2015 I am able to use both Amazon and Netflix service well despite having cable on a deal. I want HBO GO for GOT. That is 15$. Instead if i pay 20$ to charter i will get hbo/cinemax/showtime everything where i will get free hbo go' date=' max go.[/quote'] Honestly, if you get HBO-STAR-CINEMAX-SHOWTIME combo like how they are being offered, you might not end up using netflex much. At least that is what I have noticed with myself recently. It is good for tvshows though.

That plus triple play - internet, phone and tv will cost about 150+ (without a promotion). It is a huge rip-off. Get off Cable guys..Teach these bastards a lesson. They are worse than car dealers, lawyers and dentists.

That was just for HBO GO which was mainly for GOT.

I had appalling speed of 18 mbps with U-verse. Now i get 100 plus mbps. It might go beyond 300 mbps soon. Phone is a must for us as we get on so many conferences since i work from home. Cable i don't really care much. Occasionally we watch some shows, News, Dailyshow.

Verizon FIOS is just incredible internet with the most consistent speed. Internet is just supreme fast even after 12 devices are on at a time. I did not get triple play because we do not use home phone. I got the my tv bundle with internet for 150ish including taxes and the cost of hd channels. SOmetimes the catch is that they charge 10 extra with hd, that is included with my deal. Frankly, it does not hurt me to pay 150 for quality tv service for 3 tv's at my home. We get all the channels. We are joint family, so works well for us. My parents live with me and I have to have cable for them as I can't have them log in to netflix or connect roku to find streaming channels all the time. Though they are already tired of rona dhona India channels, so that is good. Even they don't watch INdian tv much other than some movies. So I do not have to worry about Indian channels at least.

BeautifulGame Posted June 6, 2015 Posted June 6, 2015 In India Netflix is a great option to watch TV shows .Out TVs cut almost everything slightly adult Even some old hollywood movies :two_thumbs_up:
Yami Posted June 6, 2015 Posted June 6, 2015 I used to watch Netflix in usa for 10 bucks but I am visiting asia now so I am not sure if I can watch here or I need to reconnect in rupees payment. I missed suspence film.
