True. India is in a rebuilding phase especially the perennial search for half decent bowlers to bowl atleast at 6RPO. I still think Pakis have a good chance if they chase against India in the final. However I dont think Paki cricket is in some sort of cycle. It is more on a permanent decline these days and we are watching the best of Paki kirkut.
