Is Zak really a rolemodel/Mentor our bowlers need???

Dinda is not a genuine pacer like Yadav or Aaron. Even Shami and Nechim are not as quick as Yadav and Aaron. Shami is just a rookie still and is to go a long way before considered for an Indian berth.

its not lack of talent its just that hte whole generation of bowler who could ve been gr8 lost way ... cos of injuries ,form or some other strange reasons :( i remember rp singh in that 2008 australian tour..people remember ishant but he was picking so many wickets

I am eager to see at what pace Rahul Shukla bowls. He is a tall strong boy, has better run up to the crease than Yadav and Aaron. His bowling action is very good too.

He looked the quickest than any other bowler who bowled in those DY Patil T20 matches and was also hard to hit by the batsmen most of the time and hurrying the batsmen as well.

i dont think our domestic batting talent is good enough to negate good pace even if ball is not moving so its not a big surprise a good yorker at 140 k is always difficult to hit

zak has lost the sting he used to have, he is now trundlering at 80 mph or low, he is not a bowler who will run through the side, he is not a good role model for the upcoming bowlers tbh... but the way indian bowlers are going, zak will be very important in usefull tournaments, like he should play only important abroad tours, he should play in all tests, selective odi`s nd main t20 tournament like t20 wc, but should skip the ipl

Bump...Slouch in the field...worse than a tailender with the bat....His commitment is cringe worthy :facepalm:......Yeah he is in the team for bowling but there is more damage to the morale of the team by having him in the long run...this guy needs an attitude check Zak is a baggage and it's time to get rid of him...We talk about SRT,etc but on home pitches our spinners are doing a good job...time to get rid of him and look into the future,no matter how bleak it looks in the fast bowling dept

dude we all have seen him hit breet lee for six over long on now a days he bats like murali dont be consistent but fight out like yadav did in first innings.. and abt joe daves next time he should talk to him in between innings :wall:

I agree of him not looking to hold on for a bit longer. Couple of times in Aus where he could have stayed with Ashwin or Dhoni where he tried to swing Pattinson. I wouldn't mind him stepping down but I would have him on my team rather than an out of form Ishant or injury prone Aaron. If Shami does well for India in the future then it would be about time Zak stepped down. Talking about fitness...I did not disagree to that. From the ground he looked really FAT ! Jumbo on the other still looks fit!:clap:
