coffee_rules Posted December 5, 2012 Posted December 5, 2012 Put your mouth where the money is. I predict ..Eng wrap India by 285. End of Day score Eng - 250/3
ViruRulez Posted December 5, 2012 Posted December 5, 2012 Whatever the margin' date=' the humiliation will be the same.[/quote'] ++ This is the first time in a long long time that England is getting the upper hand in the subcontinent especially against India. Irrespective of a win or loss in this test, it is literally a shame the way we performed in this series. We normally face innings defeat there in England and give innings defeat here in India. But this time we are losing even our strong hold.
BERGKAMP Posted December 5, 2012 Posted December 5, 2012 thanks to dhoni for making me some nice christmas spending money
BERGKAMP Posted December 5, 2012 Posted December 5, 2012 India 294 all out. England 566-7 dec. India 255 all out. England win by an innings and 17 runs.
Lurker Posted December 6, 2012 Posted December 6, 2012 Put your mouth where the money is. I predict ..Eng wrap India by 285. End of Day score Eng - 250/3 India 323 AO England 187/4
Lurker Posted December 6, 2012 Posted December 6, 2012 Time for Dhobi to focus on Bengaluru pitch and the pitch curator... :giggle: :hysterical::hysterical::hysterical:
Utalk Posted December 6, 2012 Posted December 6, 2012 You guys are forgetting Ishant here. He will be fired up and hungry so I expect him to do well here.
daryl1985 Posted December 6, 2012 Posted December 6, 2012 You guys are forgetting Ishant here. He will be fired up and hungry so I expect him to do well here. I hope you are right but he is lacking match practice. If fully fit and bowling at full tilt i think he can cause England some problems.
Number Posted December 6, 2012 Posted December 6, 2012 Most spineless India test team I have seen in the last 15 years. Only Sachin's team in 99-00 which lost 5 matches on trot comes close.
HouMac Posted December 6, 2012 Posted December 6, 2012 That was typical of most of his Test innings from 08-10. All grit and smarts. He looked set for a big one, but should've expected that dismissal coming after the drinks break. It's amazing how often he gets out right after a break in the game.
HouMac Posted December 6, 2012 Posted December 6, 2012 Despite Kohli's play in this series being the mother of disappointing, his form prior to the series was just too awesome for him to be dropped. Yuvraj on the other hand is simply not a Test player. His innings yesterday was a joke, because he was TWICE out plumb while on 0.
gaurav92 Posted December 6, 2012 Posted December 6, 2012 500+ total from Eng coming up We'll lose this by 8-10 wickets again.
Tridibans_16 Posted December 6, 2012 Posted December 6, 2012 500+ total from Eng coming up We'll lose this by 8-10 wickets again. Prabir Mukherjee's reaction on reading the above post......
Tridibans_16 Posted December 6, 2012 Posted December 6, 2012 You guys are forgetting Ishant here. He will be fired up and hungry so I expect him to do well here. He surely will with 5 close calls, a dozen of misses outside off and 2 decisions not given by the umpire.
gaurav92 Posted December 6, 2012 Posted December 6, 2012 He surely will with 5 close calls' date=' a dozen of misses outside off and 2 decisions not given by the umpire. [/quote'] You forgot a few no balls that he will bowl :giggle:
gaurav92 Posted December 6, 2012 Posted December 6, 2012 10 wickets - nowhere near close to winning this.
Tridibans_16 Posted December 6, 2012 Posted December 6, 2012 You forgot a few no balls that he will bowl :giggle: If only Yadav was not injured :((
maniac Posted December 6, 2012 Posted December 6, 2012 Actually SA won 2-0 in Eng and I would not term it a boring series. Ind v Eng is pretty average - Ind have half a team of passengers and Eng Pietersen apart are just not an exciting team. But if they win the series they won't be bothered. Oops I meant SA-Aus
