That's the first time i am actually seeing England dominate against an associate nation. They have had their share of nightmares in big tournaments against these teams. Whether it's against Namibia in 2003 or Ireland or Netherlands.

so dont hire a bowling coach cause if its not making any difference lets not hire one. The problem is similar cracks in the Indian armour keep on appearing. The short ball while batting and crappy bowlers. Its the same with MRF pace academy. Did not produce anything. Simply a means to earn money for the people running it.

Bowling coaches and currently our head coach are there just because they have to fill that coaching panel quota.

We don't have the pace to bowl short of of a length...at the pace our trundlers bowl,the best chance they have is to pitch the ball....they did use the bouncer for dot balls as Afg batsman had no technique to play them but it will be cannon fodder against most teams The best we can do is pitch the ball and pray that it swings

dude for heaven sake luke wright is bowling back of the length at a slow pace and making this hard for afghanistan. nobody is expecting our bowlers to roll over afghanistan the way england has. But there needs to be some chance in strategy. Thats the problem with Indian bowler. Somebody like Balaji for eg keeps bowling slower balls. You do that then obviously somebody is going to guess correctly and smash you out of the park. A slow ball is a variation but if you keep bowling it regularly you will be smashed.

The pitch we played against them also had some good swing and bounce with the new ball. Our bowlers are utter CRAP!! @beating England. Am not worried about how we struggled against Afghan and these guys hammered them...we have fair chance against them and it stop there, should stop dreaming about the cup.

yes it did The Afghani opening bowlers exploited it well. Better then us anyways.

Practicing these shots against Zaheer, Pathan and Balaji is of no use, will never help them in real match situations. Better practice it on EA sports Cricket.

In my opinion we should rest Zak and bring in Dinda and if Gambhir fails in England game bring in Tiwary in place of Gauti and move Rohit in as opener. Tiwary can atleast bowl 2 overs of legspin . Dinda's variations can be deceptive and at worse he will bowl as bad as Zak is bowling right now. Perhaps Bhaji in place of Balaji if he fails against England. Atleast Bhaji can hoick a few and cover up on what runs he gives with his darts. Bhaji can also be used as pinch hitter in case Gambhir fails . What do you guys say about Indian team bieng like this Rohit Sehwag Kohli (If sehwag get going Kohli comes to bat but if he fails send Bhaji in as pinch hitter setting him target of 20 runs in 10 ball) and Kohli next) Dhoni Yuvi Raina Tiwary Pathan Ashwin Bhaji Dinda

Dinda or Bhajji in the next game? Dinda is :(( the fastest bowler among all the seamers in our squad with out a doubt or would you bring in Bhajji....adds low middle order batting too and is a better fielder than Zak/Balaji Bhajji definetely can not be a worse option than our medium pacers....I mean he can dart his way to 8.00 r/o but don't think he will go for 20 run overs on most occasions like our pacers can

This is still the best team India can put up (not sure about either Pathan or Balaji though). India should only think about tinkering with the batting line-up if they fail in two consecutive matches.
