I mean we're Bangladesh and we lost to NewZealand....cmon! you're just wasting your own time! Maybe when we become become the number 1 team in the world, you guys can give us some of your time like your doing now!

Lankans got a bunch of talented players in the 90s - Murali, Jayasuriya, DeSilva, Vaas, and Ranatunga. Once these spots were settled, it was much easier to try out and find talented youngsters while still playing well. Bangladesh will have to do the same thing

India's strength is swing not raw pace or bounce or yorkers. If it doesn't happen every single bowler is cannon fodder. Balaji is a swing bowler, Irfan a swing bowler, Zaheer a swing bowler. There you go. All these 3 can have a fantastic day under swinging conditions. Under flat conditions all 3 will leak runs left, right, center. We have no yorker specialists who can hit the blockhole consistently.

So why not try a different variety in Dinda?. I mean even in the warm up match, Balaji and Pathan were useless. As far as Bhajji goes, though he has been economical in T20I, we already have Ashwin/Yuvi/Raina as slow spin options. Pathan has to play as he is the only all rounder along with Ashwin (considering Yuvi's fitness issues).

Bangladesh will have to do the same thing Very true We dont have any support players in the side. Riyad, mushfiq, Ashraful these guys are just ordinary players. And as for as our pace bowling is concerned, its not better than that of India's.

Needforspeed Posted September 22, 2012 Posted September 22, 2012 This NZ team is a very good T20 team. Expect them to cause a few more upsets as the tournament progresses. Hard luck to BD. BD does okay in ODIs. I would like to see them perform better in Tests.
