Former chairman of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) Nripendra Misra may have already taken charge as Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister, but his appointment to the topmost position in the Prime Minister’s Office seems to be in violation of the rulebook. This is because Section 5(8) of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India Act, 1997, states that the “chairperson or any other member ceasing to hold office as such, shall (a) be ineligible for further employment under the Central Government or any State Government; or (b) not accept any commercial employment, for a period of two years from the date he ceases to hold such office”.

Won't matter regarding Modi lessons. large numbers of youth from 12 to 18 already singing Namo Namo. If BJP performs to even 30%, ie bring back growth to 6%, BJP will be ensured another majority in 5 years. Modi has decimated Congress and sooner rather then latter Congress will be exterminated.
