If he claims to have done something in 150 days, then how the heck RBI or MOF justifies the estimation 2 or 3 years for the same work. They were not interacting with anyone but the PM of India. What he did was right. Next time ministries, babus and media will be more sensitive towards people. Modi was ridiculed by the old Government, all the political parties, many state governments and all the media for 12 years. He was CM of a progressive state back then. These idiots (70+) signed a memorandum to US President to not issue a Visa to a CM of one of the states of India. Nothing is going to look that bad again in the Indian history ever. We should stop criticizing Modi for everything. Its tiring to see few you all go on and on with it. Take some rest.

All foreign investors main problem was someone to override the lot of red tape that exists in our processes in getting permits for businesses. Everyone wants their business in a much faster way with less hurdles and concentrate on important stuff for the business itself.

Once poor people have bank accounts it will reduce the cash transactions to some extend (minimal) slowly. I know this wont matter now but eventually it will. There is no demeaning of anyone here. He is assuring the expatriates that he is committed to change the system however much resistance he faces from bureaucrats. Sometimes you got to do what you got to do.

Many people would say to bolster his image, he created an impression that RBI, Ministry of Finance, PMO are inefficient and do not want to work and look for excuses (listen to complete speech) and Modi thinks he alone is some extra-ordinary visionary and hard-taskmaster. And this, in a foreign country.

I don't get how these people come up with these absurd criticism of this man no matter what he does.
