He has bowled Spells at 140ks even at end of the day.His fitness has gone down but he has to improve .

stop mentioning this 140 crap he cannot bowl at that pace on any given day like a umesh or aaron. he bowled at that pace in the beginning of the career and rarely in his whole career which almost every bowler does. so stop calling it like an odd quality

there is no mention about the pace there. on the highlighted portion cant agree with you he hardly tries to improve his game/fitness:giggle:

You have to work hard to make comebacks as he has done from injuries.What i meant by trying hard is his shoulders used not to drop even when opp scored runs and runs .Even in england where he was struggling in late spells he would be quicker and touch 140k.He should have ubderstood by now without cricket he is nothing.

^yes with the raw talent he had when he came into the picture by picking sachin's wk in a list A match(challenges trophy i guess) he could have easily became a genuine bowler but he din thanx to his attitude and non commitment hope he acknowledges it

he never did great even in FC cricket due to his temperament issues.

Commitment and temperament are poor. This should have been rectified by his coach at junior level itself. Sad to see a great talent go waste. Nothing new in Indian cricket though. Our coaching in junior level sucks. Tendulkar had a fantastic coach and support system in Mumbai and look where he reached.

Aaron bowled early 80mph in his only test. Sreesanth has bowled 150k on occasions. Plus the way he bowls, you only need to be 135kmph + marginally because he gets late swing.

Long time? I just joined. Anyway I need to carry on with my day, you also do the same. I did watch that match and he bowled early 80's for a lot of the spells.

What this? Another fan being a body language expert. You just have to admit it if a player is performing, suddenly his body language is confident. If otherwise, weak. Body language is very much based on hindsight. And you just have to look at Dhoni where when he is winning, he is captain cool. But when losing, doesn't care, lacks ideas/motivation.

Kumble was captain towards the end of his career. For me, it's about bring professionalism, experience, success to the forefront of the captaincy. No one can match Tendulkar here and our team needs him to guide them during this difficult time. If Tendulkar wants it and will play for at least 2 years I see no problem in this appointment. I can't see any alternatives in the playing 11 for a variety of reasons. Build the team around him. We are lucky we have someone who has seen it all and knows what it takes, should utilise that.

Tendulkar doesnt want captain. IF he wanted, then he would have become the captain when the team needed a captain. These days, he doesn't know what he wants. He wants to end his career on a high and will continue to play until that happens but that ain't happening. Not at this age. He needs to call it a day and take his fellow mumbaikar zaheer khan with him.
