His bowling has no sting left...and with the introduction of 2 new balls...no reverse swing either Disappointing performance...he should just stick to Tests

Over-reaction really. It was our 2nd game of the season. Also you guys are easily saying replace Zak, but with whom? Its not like we have a pool of fast bowlers. :haha:

He has to play until January 2013 until a suitable replacement returns to the international fold.
Zak should be saved for the Tests. He is 33, is slowing down and becoming more injury prone every year and he is far more important to us in the Tests. In shorter format he can be replaced by someone else without that much drop-off but Tests would be a real loss.

He should have retired 2 years ago.
21 wickets in WC. We would have had some trouble getting to the WC without him. And just 2 games  Though its about time he retires from ODIs.

He should be replaced by Munaf Patel in ODIs.
but is he injured or something why he was not picked?? zak just need to stick with test. Two new ball thing has made things difficult for him and his fitness is becoming issue. dont want to see him get injured while playing these jamodis and then miss test matches against NZ england.
