I think Star/ESPN coverage in India wins hands down. Probably same as that of Sky quality (mind you Sky HD in England is just mind blowing).

again why would they play a specialist bat at 8,below the likes of Hastings. shouldnt averages be the criteria for ODI selection for specialist bat? about EPT,even Saurabh Tiwary did well there once.I wouldnt read too much into it

Average should be criteria when one has to bat in top 6, but he was batting in lower order and here to he will bat in lower order so he cant have great average at that number. You will need a good striker and he played as an alrounder.
