Austin 3:!6
Kohli was owned by Swann and Monty at home and averaged 30 odd and you are talking about him eating Ajmal alive who is 10 times better bowler. Ajmal is 10 times better bowler than Swann...thats news to me. Pakis and their way of hyping their players :hysterical: Link to comment
smbhayi
You guys are biased to your players.. At the moment Ajmal is no.1 spinner.. Link to comment
bulbul
^He can become no 1 in javelin as well. Link to comment

putrevus
Ajmal has done very little in tests in both Australia and NZ but the sample size is just 2 tests. Similarly Ashwin sample size is also very small outside India 3 tests and it has not been very good experience. Ajmal was horrible in two tests in SA but had very good wicket in one test in SA where he got ten wickets all it shows is this guy also needs suitable pitch to make an impact. This notion that Ajmal is somehow undisputed no1 spinner is a fallacy that too in tests. The theory that is being floated by Pakistani supporters that UAE pitches are not spinner friendly must have their heads examined. Ajmal is very much like sunil narine who is easily negated if batsmen do not have to attack him. Link to comment

Asim
Ajmal yet to play a Test vs Ind but so far he had done extremely well in all the ODIs he played vs Ind considering the fact they usually are v good player of spin. Just 19 of avg, econ 4.14 and SR 27.5, wicketless just once and more importantly never went for econ of 6 or more... Impressive! Link to comment
Asim
This should have been the title today lol Hey mods vvvslaxman, by mistake, posted something here instead of "Day dreams" thread... Link to comment
bulbul
^ Sad, but its true that we can only dream, one day ICC can ban chuckers out of cricket. Link to comment
maniac
Ajmal is a great ambassador for the world of cricket.....Playing Ajmal is like a cross promotion for Baseball and Cricket.....Hussey and Yuvraj found success with base ball style pinch hitting against him for a reason :giggle: Link to comment
bulbul
You forgot Javelin, archery etc.. he is one of the allround spirtsperson in world. He should have given a gold medal to Pakistan in olympics :(( Link to comment

Some guy wrote, it is easy for Ashwin all he did was play against NZ and WI.His team played them so he played them. Link to comment
