The principal walked out of a TV debate with five other participants last night because the anchor didn't pay him attention for two whole minutes.

Not so,my college gives attendance to sportspersons when they are away on duty,similarly Unmukt should have been given special attendance and if the quality of ST.Stephen's is so high,then special tuitions should've been arranged for him FFs he's not asking for a free degree,only to be able to write the exams

Next, he is not asking for an exams waiver - let him attend the exams and pass/fail. I have also seen universities who apply a minimum GPA cut off for selection in sports teams. And I thought Srikkanth's selection did not make sense! :facepalm:

Success has many relatives, he will be able to write his exams. Thats a good point. The reason people are even talking about it is cos he's a cricketer and someone who just won us a World Cup, which wasn't a luxury for Jaspal Rana.

Attending lectures was imperative for group discussions and Q and A's. As long as he wants to answer his exams let him! And since he is a sportsperson, assignments etc etc can be waived off.

There is an online education revolution currently which is increasingly moving towards a flipped classroom model. Check out Coursera, Udacity.
