jairamesh Posted January 17, 2013 Posted January 17, 2013 lol now he claims doctored voice. What a cop out by Akbaruddin Owaisi. At least save some dignity and not be a coward, and own up. And this guy was suppose lead his people into a battle. :hehe:
suraj Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 Hate speech aside' date=' this guy is good orator, uses humour very well :--D[/quote'] Not really- finally heard the speech. Comes across as simply crass and style of delivery is simply awful; even low paid natunki speakers can do a better job

And this guy was suppose lead his people into a battle. :hehe: Yes... this would have been a embarrassing for his supporters to see his leader being fearful and denying something which he said in a public meeting. True leaders stand by their ideology, even if it is flawed, under any kind of coercive measures.

ravishingravi Posted January 18, 2013 Author Posted January 18, 2013 Taqqiya - a long standing muslim practice - look into it. So we revisit Taqiyya.
Raghav_12 Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 Taqqiya - a long standing muslim practice - look into it. Well, in that case not only muslims but all religions provide some leeway or exceptions. Recall Ashwatthama incident from Mahabharata. But let's not divert this thread and stay on the discussion.

Anyhow, I just like the sound of the word "Taqiyya".
diga Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 So Ahswatthama incident is part of hindu belief system. Anyhow, I just like the sound of the word "Taqiyya". why not, it reminds you of a certain bollywood actress recently in the news in ICF :haha:
Mariyam Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 Taqqiya - a long standing muslim practice - look into it. This has nothing to do with Taqqiya, its just cowardice on the part of Owaisi.
The Outsider Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 Please stay away from bringing religion into the discussion here. This is exactly the reason why some threads get locked preempitively, something which is not appreciated by many posters. So to have the thread open and discuss the topic without bringing religion into it, posters must also share the responsibility otherwise moderators will continue to take the easy way out and lock/delete threads based on any potential religious discussion arising from them.
panther Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 Taqqiya - a long standing muslim practice - look into it. Shia practice
jairamesh Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 Two right wing parties, MIM and BJP, playing tit-for-tat in counter-compliants in hyderabad:giggle:
diga Posted February 5, 2013 Posted February 5, 2013 VSo5Gb4kb8E Now pravin Togadia of VHP delivers his response to Owaisi in Adilabad..Not sure what this will result in? The whole social fabric of India is gonna collapse in another few years if this tit for tat continues

The Outsider Posted February 5, 2013 Posted February 5, 2013 Just let the two fecks fight it out in jail and remove the police.

The whole social fabric of India is gonna collapse in another few years if this tit for tat continuesThis is qualitatively different from Owaisi's speech. Togadia has not passed any insulting remarks about the holy figures of Islam, i.e. Prophet Mohammad or Koran etc. Owaisi had made extremely inflammatory remarks about Hindu Gods and Goddesses.

Of course. Togadia's speech is mentioning how fellow Indians were killed in massive numbers and none of them were Hindus. Should make you proud I suppose. By the way you should have received all the information you ever wanted to know about Bhagalpur riots, who was behind it and all that jazz. Hope to NOT see you spew it again.

seedhi Posted February 5, 2013 Posted February 5, 2013 Yes - doesn't make Togadia's any less qualified for a "hate speech".Yes it does. Unlike Owaisi, what he said does not attract section 295A of IPC which deals with insulting religious beliefs. Secondly, what Togadia has said about removal of police force are essentially facts that in any clash of Hindus and Muslims in most parts of India in the absence of the police, the Hindus will prevail because they are the majority, as has been witnessed in various riots.
