Marut Posted January 14, 2013 Posted January 14, 2013 Funny Virat Kohli Fact of the Day - 3 Since Virat Kohli's bowling is being discussed here, here is our fact of the day. One thing in which Virat Kohli does have Bradmanesque averages is his Rat-like bowling. Here are his bowling averages - 153 in ODIs (after bowling in 22 matches), 179 in List - As (after bowling in 28 matches) and a respectable 96.33 in 45 First-Class matches (after bowling in 17 innings). :two_thumbs_up: :haha::haha::haha: It seems he is out to create some records in bowling.
Sandeep99 Posted January 14, 2013 Author Posted January 14, 2013 I hope Pujara gets his ODI debut soon Lots of questions will be answered :--D Yes..even I'm waiting! Pujara may not score those fancy 100s on dead tracks but he will surely not disappoint you on green tracks:cantstop:
SLICKR392 Posted January 14, 2013 Posted January 14, 2013 :giggle: Has a way better average and can get us few wickets too. :hehe:
CG Posted January 14, 2013 Posted January 14, 2013 I think the slump has come in the right time for kohli,Hope it makes him work harder and improve his game.Particulalry his test game as success in odis may have masked his problems.

vvvslaxman Posted January 14, 2013 Posted January 14, 2013 I think the slump has come in the right time for kohli' date='Hope it makes him work harder and improve his game.Particulalry his test game as success in odis may have masked his problems.[/quote'] His natural game is being aggressive. He should try to hone it rather try to become a Rahul Dravid. He is so indecisive when the ball is leaving him outside the off stump. Not Murali vijaysque level. But he is not quiet assured. When the ball is on the pads or middle stumps he can flick them all day. Even short balls he negotiates well. Anyone who plays ondrive and cover drive like him gotta be good. I definitely back him.

His personal attitude can be annoying but since that has nothing to with his game,he can continue being as much as a douche as long as he performs.
