“The change was necessitated because the ongoing construction activity at the Green Park, Kanpur, would not have been completed in time for the Test,” said the BCCI in a press released. “This change is as per the rotation policy of the Board.”

What the hell is BCCI doing with the millions of $ they rake as profits? One thing I like about them is they don't rip off the players in terms of remuneration but their INFRASTRUCTURE planning is seriously :facepalm: worthy and the biggest irony is that the head of BCCI owns one of the biggest CEMENT COMPANIES in India

On topic: By international standards they often mean Western standards. If they want clean urinals that is a fair demand, but to expect western style toilet seats because their bowlers get hamstring injury doing indian style is nothing but pure snobbery.
