vamos_rafa Posted March 25, 2013 Posted March 25, 2013 Sachin. You are my hero. But FFS RETIRE! Its OVER! :(( He's mine hero too... but i guess you are right....
King Tendulkar Posted April 23, 2013 Posted April 23, 2013 Even from IPL you can see its over. He is just not the same. Has lost it WTF is he doing!!!! Surely he is going to retire rather then suffer in SA.
Sidhoni Posted April 23, 2013 Posted April 23, 2013 Can't see Tendulkar retiring for the sake of the team.He has never been that sort of player. He will keep on playing "as long as he is enjoying" not giving a feck about what the team needs.
FischerTal Posted April 23, 2013 Posted April 23, 2013 Sachin will retire when the cure to cancer is found.
twww Posted April 23, 2013 Posted April 23, 2013 How many players have played beyond 40 in recent times? As an England fan I can only think of Gooch and Stewart, both of whom played on too long among the batsmen.
The Realist Posted April 24, 2013 Posted April 24, 2013 He's hanging on like a bad smell or the like unwanted guest who has overstayed his welcome and refuses to leave. Really struggling to comprehend why he is hanging on so grimly - things are only going downhill and he has leaving behind a legacy of the sportsman who did not know when to retire. If he cannot see the wood for the trees then his advisers/friends/family should have a word and explaiin the reality.
Sidhoni Posted May 2, 2013 Posted May 2, 2013 He gets out to Ishant of all people and that too in such an ugly way
FischerTal Posted May 2, 2013 Posted May 2, 2013 Sachin's possible cricket career timeline young talent-> one of best young batsmen of all time-> record breaker-> confirmed ATG-> tennis elbow-> ATG playing last couple years of his life-> 2011 world cup win-> he's still here-> F*** he's still here-> Struggling against fast, pacy bowling -> struggling to middle the ball-> getting bowled by Pissant->average falls below 45 in tests-> Arjun tendulkar makes it to Indian team, Sachin becomes west zone selector
Old guy Posted May 2, 2013 Posted May 2, 2013 He gets out to Ishant of all people and that too in such an ugly way :hysterical::hysterical:

King Tendulkar Posted May 3, 2013 Posted May 3, 2013 Its becoming embarrasing now. Cant he see he is finished, seriously cant he feel it now. He needs a good mate to pull aside and give him some home truths
maniac Posted May 3, 2013 Posted May 3, 2013 He gets out to Ishant of all people and that too in such an ugly way Dude that was a peach of a delivery but agree he needs to make future plans, but still would be a little useful in S.A tests as long as he bats at No.6....but that's it....no more than that
Deleted_User_1 Posted May 3, 2013 Posted May 3, 2013 I think he will retire after IPL. He gets that he is finished. :P
Sidhoni Posted May 4, 2013 Posted May 4, 2013 Dude that was a peach of a delivery but agree he needs to make future plans' date='but still would be a little useful in S.A tests as long as he bats at No.6....but that's it....no more than that[/quote'] Yea that was a good off cutter but he played a nothing shot. That hit top of the stumps but he still crouched.
King Tendulkar Posted June 12, 2013 Posted June 12, 2013 Has to retire now! Does he really want to go SA and play. Can he not see and feel he is finished and will get destroyed. With the shining Rohit and Kathick ready and able to play his non retiremnt is seriously hindering development. 2 young guns ready to play are being denied. This tour shows even more now is the right time, these players are ready, they must play. Sachin please RETIRE!
