FischerTal Posted March 10, 2013 Posted March 10, 2013 Cheteshwar Pujara has done very well in his first couple of years in test cricket. However, most of these matches have been in home conditions. While I think he will do quite well because of purely his batting technique and patience, what is your opinion? Will he be a Dravid or Kambli?

I know he is not going to be scoring double hundreds or anything, but I do expect him to be Sachin-eque a la 90's when the rest of team would fall like a pack of cards, while one man stands in till the end.

Old guy Posted March 10, 2013 Posted March 10, 2013 it does not makes sense..why put so much pressure on youngster to perform at hardest tour ? even dravid failed there many times it wont be end of career good thing is he is atleast looking good at home look at most teams ,most youngsters find test cricket even hard at home specially with struggling team. also no need to compare him to dravid or anyone..dhoni actually talked abt this very well to my surprise :giggle:
