FischerTal Posted April 14, 2013 Posted April 14, 2013 this is my order 1) Tendulkar- 220-230 runs 2) Kohli- 170-190 runs 3) Pujara- 160-180 runs 4) Dhoni- 130-140 runs 5) and 6) Vijay and Dhawan 100-120 runs ur thoughts?
Junyfan Posted April 14, 2013 Posted April 14, 2013 whoever come at 4,5 & 6 in the batting will most likely be the highest runs scorers.
trundlerNO1 Posted April 14, 2013 Posted April 14, 2013 Pujara 500 runs Dhawan 280 Vijay 200 Kohli 180 Jadeja 140 runs - 12 wickets Dhoni 100
Trichromatic Posted April 14, 2013 Posted April 14, 2013 Pujara 500 runs Dhawan 280 Vijay 200 Kohli 180 Jadeja 140 runs - 12 wickets Dhoni 100 No Indian batsman has ever managed to score 500 in SA. Only Tendulkar crossed 280 that too during our best tour to SA in 2010 when he scored 326. Expecting openers to score 480 runs in 6 innings max against Steyn, Philander and Morkel?

panther Posted April 14, 2013 Posted April 14, 2013 Imo tendu won't score more then 150 runs, hopefully the umpire gives him a wrong decision to make up for what happened last time.
Trichromatic Posted April 14, 2013 Posted April 14, 2013 Pujara will make a 250+ in one of the match' date=' so he will reach 500[/quote'] :omg: 250+ How many Indian batsmen have scored more than 250 in an inning outside sub-continent?
ganeshran Posted April 14, 2013 Posted April 14, 2013 Pujara will make a 250+ in one of the match' date=' so he will reach 500[/quote'] And pigs will fly. I really hope Pujara plays a career defining innings but 250+ against Steyn, Morkel and Philander is extremely difficult
The Outsider Posted April 14, 2013 Posted April 14, 2013 :omg: 250+ How many Indian batsmen have scored more than 250 in an inning outside sub-continent? At least it's more realistic than his other prediction of Jadeja scoring 140 runs and taking 12 wickets. :hysterical:
trundlerNO1 Posted April 14, 2013 Posted April 14, 2013 Well I will be proven right after the series Just wait and watch
trundlerNO1 Posted April 14, 2013 Posted April 14, 2013 And pigs will fly. I really hope Pujara plays a career defining innings but 250+ against Steyn, Morkel and Philander is extremely difficult I watched bit of SAvsPAk, one thing I have noticed that if we survive first 15 overs then their bowlers are pretty useless with old ball. Even hack like Shafiq scored a hundred with the old ball I hope Pujara bank on that weakness of SA bowling,
maniac Posted April 14, 2013 Posted April 14, 2013 Pujara 500 runs Dhawan 280 Vijay 200 Kohli 180 Jadeja 140 runs - 12 wickets Dhoni 100 That's more of as possibility if he plays all 6 innings :two_thumbs_up: but no way in hell he is going to pick up 12 wickets
trundlerNO1 Posted April 14, 2013 Posted April 14, 2013 That's more of as possibility if he plays all 6 innings :two_thumbs_up: but no way in hell he is going to pick up 12 wickets The thing is that I believe if we play in Durban, he has a fair chance he will pick 6 or more wickets as their some assistance for spinners. Herath was very sucessful and even Shakib was very successful. So there is no doubt he will take 12 wickets
India-KXIP fan Posted April 15, 2013 Posted April 15, 2013 Kohli- 350 Jiwanjot- 300 Tendulkar- 300 Sehwag- 200 Gambhir- 200 MSD- 66 Pujara- 37 U Yadav- 38 Dhawan- 250 :two_thumbs_up:
harmuk Posted April 15, 2013 Posted April 15, 2013 Kohli- 350 Jiwanjot- 300 Tendulkar- 300 Sehwag- 200 Gambhir- 200 MSD- 66 Pujara- 37 U Yadav- 38 Dhawan- 250 :two_thumbs_up:A fitting post for such a non-sensical thread, opened for a tour that is more than 7-8 months away.
Zelig Posted April 15, 2013 Posted April 15, 2013 whoever come at 4' date='5 & 6 in the batting will most likely be the highest runs scorers.[/quote'] :agree:
Trichromatic Posted April 15, 2013 Posted April 15, 2013 So there is no doubt he will take 12 wickets :haha::haha:
