Selctors have picked Umesh/ishant/irfan/bhuvnesh/vk- which 5 would u have picked for Champions

Keeping in view that Aaron and ZAk are unavailable----which 5 Pacers would u guys have picked for Champions.. every body is criticising selectors but do we have any other pacers to be in the eleven specially when one pacer is covering the allrounder slot umesh /ISHANT- fast bowler Bhuvnesh- fast medium Swing VK- fast medium Irfan- Swing bowler allrounder... do u guys think that u wud have picked 5 fast bowlers and not picked irfan and if irfan is for medoum pace all rounder than he has competetion from rishi dhawan and Stuart binny only... what wud be your choice of 5 fast bowlers in CT- let us see..would u opt for 5 fast bowlers

i think the only change i would have liked to see is shami in place of irfan but irfan is an all rounder so cant complain his selection either overall a good selection :nice:

If i Had to select 5 fast medium bowlers , i would have selected UMESH/ISHANT/BHUVNESH Straight with no doubt at all. VK has taken so many wickets in IPL and hence i had no choice but to select him ahead of any green horn like mohit or pankaj( who never got a chance in IPL) or Dhwal Kulkarni ( who also got so little Chance) or Pavan suyal( i was so impressed with him , i am surrised why he was not selected by Mumbai more) or Abu nachim ( though i prefer him always but he also hardly got any chance so his experience is less) irfan has not faired well so i wud have opted for possibly Rishi DHAWAN or Stuart BINNY as Irfan looks like neither a good bowler nor a good batsman, at this moment he is not in good rhythm in bowling nor is in good form in batting........... I saw rishi's bolwing live at wankhade and he was pretty decent - not sure what his speeds were but he was looking tuf for batsman to face .. i i wud opt for rishi dhawan ahead of irfan and Stuart BINNY... binny may be a btter batsman than rishi but rishi dhawan is a better bowler than binny.

I would have picked mohit sharma in place of ishant and Stuart binny in place of vinay coz mohit is a swing bowler ,unlike ishant and binny coz he can swing the bowl , though he is not quick but pitches in England helps dipply dobbly bowlers more,specially if it's overcast,not to forget he is more than decent bat,I would have also selected kaul,coz he can bowl yorkers and has good control,most importantly he is thinking bowler.

I would have Shami instead of Jadeja in the squad. Bhuvan and Shami combo would've been deadly with the new ball in English conditions. My attack with the current squad would be -Yadav -Bhuvan -Ishant -Irfan -Mishra I'd open the bowling with Bhuvan and Irfan. If Ishant fails for a couple of matches, I'd swap him for Vinay (if we don't exit in the group stage, that is).
