Cricketics Posted May 26, 2013 Posted May 26, 2013 The club cricket, the franchise cricket is over. Let's come out together and unite. WE ARE INDIA. LET'S GO INDIA.. JEET LO CHAMPIONS TROPHY :two_thumbs_up::yay:
vvvslaxman Posted May 26, 2013 Posted May 26, 2013 I don't have much hope with our bowlers. As usual usual suspects from Pakistan will thrash our bowling. Apart from Bhuvan i have no hope from other bowlers. They always pwn our spinners. SA will thrash us.
superstar Posted May 26, 2013 Posted May 26, 2013 WTF dude. Someone was saying police was waiting. Also I frankly do not see the team even putting 200 if they are going to in this mentality. Many players all mentally down.

Many players all mentally down. It is just not about mentaliy. besides physical exhaustion. Despite being no.1 ranked ODI side our team has regressed somewhat in terms of form.
bhumika Posted May 26, 2013 Posted May 26, 2013 we will not win a single match. Considering pitches and our batting against short stuff and 2007 WC events. If we are mentally down we play really bad. I hope they win.
jalebi_bhai Posted May 26, 2013 Posted May 26, 2013 Tailunt, Raina, Dhobi, Mooli, Fatwin, Sir Jaddu all going to fail miserably......but still........BHARAT.....:cheer:.....

Most likely KKD will open or Rohit. No other choices anyway. Batting is just one part to worry about. Our bowling is a joke even in helpful conditions.

vvvslaxman Posted May 26, 2013 Posted May 26, 2013 Vijay shouldn't get a chance. He looks lost when someone bowls short. He looked lost throughout the tournament. Though i don't like to judge players based on IPL, i think he is bit short of form despite prolific test series.

As much as I hate to say it.....a lot will depend on Rat.....I have zero expectations from Raina....I like the guy.....but he seemed to be mentally shot today.....Rohit will be hit or miss.....Dhoni largely peripheral......our bowling is pretty much non-existent.....we will have to bat our way to the cup.....:nervous:.....I'm wondering whether I should go on a Pakistan jinxing run this CT......it worked like a trick during WC 2011.....
Pagalpanti Posted May 26, 2013 Posted May 26, 2013 The way its swinging in England, its better if we keep our expectations low. A win vs WI should be good enough.

Last time in England Raina did well.. Don't count Raina out. He is a gun pressure player for us. Dhoni, Raina, Kohli are the key. I don't trust any of the other guys. Not even Dhawan.

vvvslaxman Posted May 26, 2013 Posted May 26, 2013 But I trust sir jadeja to screw it up like last time. Sir Jadeja.. forget his batting. He will be 2 minutes late on his stroke against quickies there. Hope he bowls well there.. India will effectively go with 6 batsmen. Let us hope Irfan chips in . He is a much better player in those conditions than Jaddu.

bhumika Posted May 26, 2013 Posted May 26, 2013 ricky pointing has different thoughts. http://www.espncricinfo.com/magazine/content/story/587186.html Who do you think will progress from Group B, among India, Pakistan, South Africa and West Indies? South Africa and India.
