yoda Posted June 2, 2013 Posted June 2, 2013 Here in the US, I used to take lunch a while back. I then started working for companies which had good cafeterias so just decided to eat there. These days I just go out most days to local restaurants (2-3 min walking distance) to eat. For those working in India, do you take lunch with you, have lunch sent over via dabbawallahs, eat out in local company canteen or go out to a restaurant for lunch?
urbestfriend Posted June 2, 2013 Posted June 2, 2013 Restaurant scene is awesome in my office location, so we go out for lunch almost every day. Sometimes I carry lunch too. We don't have a cafeteria, but one can order for lunch but I prefer going out as we have too many options.

Then will say "I will just have one bite" but will eat almost half :mad: .
Jersey #10 Posted June 5, 2013 Posted June 5, 2013 I live in the US and bring food from home about 30-40% of the time. My company cafeteria has the worst food in the history of mankind. Since I am a vegetarian I have very limited choices so I just end up getting like a soup or salad from the cafeteria on the days I don't bring food from home. Its so nasty that I have forgotten what good food tastes like.
