New crop of left arm fast bowler in India.

In the last decade ,India has seen many left arm fast bowlers i'e Zaheer Khan,R P Singh,Irfan Pathan,Ashish Nehra,Everyone has contributed to the team cause as per their ability.Now they r in the final phase of their careers due to injury,poor form,perfomance etc. who do u think from the current players can take their places.A left arm fast bowler who cam bowl in the speed range of 135 - 145 kmph,who can bowl a good inswinger,a good yorker.

Sangwan had my hopes for sometime but then went awry. Not many left arm quicks out there. Need to find some in next domestic season

Not me but juniors from my school have ... He plays for Rising club in Cuttack if I'm not wrong ... Can bowl good lines though from what I have heard.

Pawan Suyal' date=' Shrikant Wagh, Aniket Chaudhary and Anwar Ahmed khan should be in radar and monitored.[/quote'] I agree Pawan Suyal has good pace and a whippy action and is aggressive, Aniket Choudhury is quite tall and has shown fantastic improvement last season upped his pace and bowled with control and got bounce and wickets, Anwar Ahmed for me was very impressive but looks like he is nowhere near on anyone's radar, very tall , good pace and got good bounce and able to move the ball and has good action and aggression, wonder why he was not in any ipl team even where even mediocre players get teams to play for.

We really need to scout and nurture quality left arm pacers.......add more variety to our attack......if only Pathan was a half decent bowler.......he would solve so many of our problems........

I orginal looked at his cricinfo profile and thought he was a left arm seamer but according to posters on icf and on the internet it say he is a chinamen http://www.iplt20.com/news/2012/announcements/247/mi-induct-five-uncapped-players

Yeah, I too would take a GOOD fast bowler. Someone who has a test average of less than 26 and can bowl 135 k to 148 k. He can be a right armer, left armer, both armer, whatever.

Such species have never existed in India and chances are they will never be found either. I would be more than happy if we get 3 seamers averaging around 30 and bowling 135+ consistently in tests and lasting 3-4 years together.
