As the title says what would you do if you are appointed as the coach of Pakistan cricket team (assume you have fair say on the selection). A team that is about to be dropped to #7 in ICC rankings of Odis. Which changes would you make to get this team back to being competitive.

However, he has been top 5 in the bowling rankings for a while. Dropping Kamran is every Pakistani's wish but there are no Dhonis or De Villiers or even half of the talent those 2 possess. Being a coach in country like Pakistan is hard it self. Malik and Farhat definitely need to go but both have strong backings from the selection committee.

Dont bother about these results. Better keep look over kangal PCB's issued checks pays properly or not. Let the regular practice sessions & camps run as usual. Cant hope much from a poor demotivated BPL-IPL sacked bunch anyway. PCB wont ever get a ground to fire its coach due to corrupt selections from Paki selectors and a very low number of interested quality coach are there to recruit.

First thing i would do is to demand the board to help me follow all the domestic matches for a year before i take up the responsibility and i also demand a voice in the selection panel since m not convinced with the team selections

Holy God... I always thought that he was an good ODI bowler and excellent against left handers.... but these stats are damning, he must have some really good records against Bangla / Zim and other minnows.... On second thoughts, I dont think he should replace Misbah as captain now....

It really isn't that hard: itwas an inexplicably BAD batting line-up picked for this tournament. I don't care if we lose mostly for 6months-1 year. But they will get some much-needed experience and will become a better side for it.
