Over the last 25-30 years, we've beaten you guys quite handily enough. Its 12-12 incase you didnt know, for the last 30 years. If you go back 50 years, it is 25-17 in England's favor. Yes, England has a winning record. In soccer according to FIFA, England leads Germany 11-10 in non-friendlies. Again, a close record & slightly in England's favor but definitely comparable. Clearly, your views are influenced by traditional english snootyness over realism or any facts. Wonder what happened to the Poms para-normal ability to reverse swing the ball in 12 overs. :hmmm: Ever since Aleem Daar changed the ball on the 25th over against SL, I haven't seen the Poms reverse swinging the ball. Thought the conditions yesterday was perfect to showcase their ability, 24 degrees, muggy as per English standards, long dry squares and a dry pitch too. Aren't the pitches and squares no longer dry enough or did they run out of Vaselines and sweets in TESCO?? :secret:

Okay well if India in NZ in 2003 or so were Greentops, then we've only produced one rank turner in the last decade, Mumbai 2007 vs Aussies.Every other pitch was just as 'balanced' then. Australia: MCG and Perth England: Lords and Trent Bridge.
