Pakistan team team will beat indian team in UAE Let.s play series with Us
Sure but India A is fairly strong side so ancient players afridi and Malik will only help India.

India-Pakistan test matches are a bore fest. In ODIs the rivalry is really good' date=' but for real cricket I would prefer to watch an Ashes test over India-Pakistan 9 times out of 10.[/quote'] India/Australia used to be the best in the early part of 2000s.

Ind pak test matches used to have a following till 2000.But nowadays in era of t20 except some centers in india u do not get that level of following.

Yeah, India was the only team to consistently put up a fight against the all time great Australian side, much like Pakistan did to the all time great West Indian team in the 80s - everyone else used to be steamrolled.

I always remember only 2 test series fondly - India vs Aus 2001 & Ashes 2005. cant remember any better series than these 2 watched or read in 21+ years of my cricket following.

This is BS of the highest order. There is nothing like the Ashes in test cricket. No shame in accepting that.
Ashes are good only last few years because England managed to get competitive. Australians are taking forever to complete their transition. For 20 years or Ashes were the most one sided contests you would ever see.

Akram is like marketing guy. Goes to Pakistan bashes India. When coaching in IPL praises India.
Where has he "bashed" India?..strange comment. Just live and let live.

Ashes are mostly drab affairs because both teams are never in form at the same time. They are like each other's anti-matter. England's ascendancy even now co-incides with the fall of Australia. It's a fight but rarely one of equals. their marketing is spot on and the boards know how to sell tradition. With all this money in hand BCCI should sponsor a vivid retelling of an important moment in Indian cricket complete with inside stories and fresh insights into a past event. Where is our Bodyline?
