There isn't even an iota of evidence that he fixed matches or anyone else in the team helped him fix them. Till that information comes out, I will assume like I have said before that this is the act of one rogue individual. In the mean time you can keep hoping like you have for 4 months that players fixed matches as well. BTW he also claims he knew the result of SRH vs MI in advance. Seems like he was spewing BS to Vindoo in some instances.

Btw, you may as very well see a new law being drafted by the end of this case. This is also the reason, Mumbai police may try them under MCOCA - minimum fine Rs. 500,000 and min. imprisonment 5 years extendable to life term.

Terminating CSK will hurt IPL. They will just terminate meiyappan be done with it. At the end of the day success of IPL is more important for the organizers than anything else. Banning CSK? 100% not gonna happen. Money was the problem. Money will be the solution as well. Everything will be buried under a pile of black money.

IF the plaintiff is able to prove that Meyappam was (part of) the owners then by the (vague) IPL law, YES - CSK "can be" terminated. But, there's a difference between "can be" and "should be".

The charge sheet is filed by the Mumbai police. If the BCCI wants to be seen "acting", it should also file a case but as it stands now - a Halley's Comet sighting would be more likely than a Srinivasan (after Sep 29 this will be more clear) controlled BCCI to file a charge sheet against Guru.

Do our country abide by the laws? No. Why would a FIX league will abide by law. They will find a get around it. CSK/MI/RCB/KKR will never be terminated under any circumstances. That is a given.

That's a myopic view and underestimation of corruption. Your personal view point notwithstanding - the involvement of Meyappan, Kundra etc. should worry you if you're concerned about internationals. It is not difficult to understand a scenario where IPL team owners try to script international players into doing things for IPL benefits. All it requires is some imagination.

I already told about players involvement. If they are clear i don't care about Meiyappan's betting and his punishment. What if the BCCI itself is involved in fixing matches ? How can you be so sure that it is not true.
