Can Sanju Samson replace Raina?

Raina can be effective in odis. Should bat 6 and be a finisher and hitter in last 10 to 20 overs. Number 4 is just plain stupid. Especially when next wc is on bouncy tacks in aus. Our think tank is dumb. Or is it cos raina is csk so gets what he wants?
