Teams chasing are winning in BD anybody noticing even the minnow games. Zim bat first lost to Hong Kong bowl first and defeat Afghanistan seems the toss is crucial. Win toss and bowl....even in the asia cup i saw this trend.

Thats pretty much the trend in LOIs everywhere these days . A lot of teams fancy chasing over batting first , Pak & SL are probabaly the only exception

There are two factors to consider (A) are all games starting in the evening? IE i am not BD expert but when does the sun set and dew occur? If we are starting play at say 7pm local time both teams will get dew. (B) Kookabura ball. I heard some expert say its much harder for spinners to control it with the dew around.
