Lord Posted March 19, 2014 Posted March 19, 2014 New Zealand. Watson hit Hira for 3 6's in a row and then got caught. 4/154 off 13.4 overs. Should get around 230-250.
saneindian Posted March 19, 2014 Posted March 19, 2014 Shami has not done well in any T20 yet. It was not right from selectors to select a bowler who has no experience of T20 in either IPL Or international matches. Has a brilliant domestic T20 record, 35 wickets@15 in 24 T20s. Did not play in IPL much and hence doesn't have much of a reputation. Should do well if he doesnt try too many things

Manprit Juneja scored runs at a frenetic SR of 164 in last year's T20 domestic, scored 100 too, but was struggling to score at an SR of 100 in IPL. Even KL Rahul scored at an SR of 135. I will never take that into consideration. For T20Is, IPL is the only thing I will look for.
Temujin Khaghan Posted March 19, 2014 Posted March 19, 2014 cricinfo is giving too much buildup about dhoni...
rkt.india Posted March 19, 2014 Posted March 19, 2014 Fatullash is the best batting track in BD. BD scored 280 against us here in Asia cup. Muirhead taken apart though got 2 wickets. NZ giving a great fight.

Gunner Posted March 19, 2014 Posted March 19, 2014 Agree.Ideally we should play all 3 spinners.only problem is dew:(( Yeah, hopefully we win the toss of the important games and chase.

Bhajji was even bowling his quota of overs when he was captain. Dinda did not take wickets as he had good seasons alternatively. He was the best Indian pacer at death on several occasions. Ojha has been good consistently in IPL.

thecricketer Posted March 19, 2014 Posted March 19, 2014 Give Shami a rest against Pakistan, Pick Aaron and Bhuvi and play three spinners. Tell Ashwin to try experiment when Afridi on strike.
Lord Posted March 19, 2014 Posted March 19, 2014 He will change the goal post like Indian fans did in 2004. 2004?
The Realist Posted March 19, 2014 Posted March 19, 2014 Narine showing how to bowl. 1 over - 3 runs, 3 wickets. The kind of bowler which Dhoni would not pick because he's too unorthodox.
