Sachin's was the best because it came against a much superior attack than the other two. I'd think Viru's was the second best because that WI attack was better than this Aussie attack

Sachin's innings was still the best. Lets not forget he made that 200 against the likes of Styne and co. Shewag had Daren Sammy and co bowling at him Rohit well I didn't know half of those bowlers nor had I heard of them LOL. REGARDLESS 3 Indians XD

Sachin's was the best as it was against the best bowling attack and also , in the pre- two new ball and 4 fielders only outside the circle era .Also , psychologically , it is always difficult to achieve a milestone first time ever ..His was the first double centurry in ODI cricket in 2009 .:potstir:

When I was in my 12th grade I had a couple of friends, both very good at studies and very competitive. Let's call them A and B coz I don't want to reveal their names. They would always compare their marks and who did better. Whenever A ended up with lesser marks than B he would cringe "why didn't B make this mistake or that, why couldn't he get lesser marks than me". Whenever B scored lesser than A he would cringe, "why couldn't I answer that paper better, why couldn't I score more than A". It's been close to 20 years since then. Guess who went on to achieve more both professionally and personally

200 is not safe anymore. Looking at the way Finch went after England bowling in a T20 game , it is only a matter of time someone else crosses 200 in the near future. Even Joe Root went ballistic.
