Extremely premature thread and I hope I don't jinx it - but with Bhuvi, Umesh and Shami have we finally found a decent pace attack. Coupled with our batsmen and spinners (who are pretty good) we could be very very good.

Actually in ODIs we have four good bowlers - Ashwin/Jaddu/Bhuvi/Shami and they did relatively OK in the ODI series too. The problem is that the fifth bowler (Vinny/Ishant) is really really bad.

That is a though question. We rarely had bowlers who made consistent progress each year. Always up and down career for them with very very few exceptions.

I do not want one match or one series wonders. They need to last longer than their promising predecessors. There is no dearth of talent with good potential talents in Pandey, Aaron, Shukla, Suyal, Kulkarni, Mohit, Warrior, around the corner.

I would not get too excited yet. Garbage like Retard Sharma and BJ Koomar is always waiting to be endlessly recycled and one thing we all know is that Dhoni loves his trundlers.

Who is Suyal?

Pawan Suyal plays for Delhi in Ranji & MI in the IPL.A left arm seamer probably the best in our country barring Zak.He's sharp & capable of 142-143,consistently in the high 130's his FC avg is 26.He's 24 ri8 now so a promising one to say the least. At least 100x better than POR BANDAR express.....
