Which pacers should be in the Indian team playing XI for SA?

Ishwar Pandey is also a Bhuvi type bowler who Will need a new ball to Strike- if he gets the new ball I guess he may get a wicket else with the old ball I don't think a 130K baller with some bouncing skills would Suceed. I am clear he shud not be picked unless he turns into a 140K bowler wth All his skills. BK has great skills but bcos he is slow , he is finding it Tuf In Tests.....a paceman who plays for International teams need to Be fast with skills..... See england- anderson - Swing n 137 to 145K Broad- bounce +136 to 146K One more Tall bowler is bowling for them - he Also bowls upto 145k with good bounce. See australia too All Test bowlers shud have the capability to bowl between 136 to 145 with skills - johnson bowls till 156K....he is exceptional. Stop expecting miracles from pandey or unadkat. I have high respect for bhuvi"s skills and even Zak"s skill. But with bhuvi- if conditions favour then he will be a great weapon As he is a Thinking bowler....do u guys know BK was hardly bowled by Dhoni in india Tests.....just first 4 overs than forget bhuvi...that's dhoni mantra. If it doesn't swing, than bk is ineffective.
The English bowlers not generating much pace this series. And have not succeeded apart from 1st new ball , 1st session, when the ball was moving more. Tremlett is Infact bowling 124 to 131 k. The other 2 are mostly between 130 to 136 k.

Ishwar is not like Bhuvi at all, he is much taller gets bounce of fuller length which is vital, is accurate and moves the ball well of the seam, also is 4 to 5 k's quicker then Bhuvi on average, personally I think he has more chance of succeeding at test level in all conditions then Bhuvi.Unadkat, VK, nARWAL, mITHUN ARE COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME, iSHANT YES HE HAS SOME HOPE. if SELECTIONS ARE MADE PER MERIT AND COMMON SENSE THEN Shami Zak Bhuvi Umesh Aaron Pankaj or Suyal, Pandey should be on the plane to SA Zak Shami any inform bowler among Aaron, Umesh, Bhuvi should be the third pacer.

steady but predictable would do great in south africa
Just because somebody is steady it does not make him great in sa.U are understimating ur batsman:--D

he hits the seam and bowls perfect length for odis in south africa he normally gets big seam movement but on this track there is nothing for quick bowlers bit like what munaf patel did :winky:

Mohit has been average today. But not a good day to judge pacers with so much due. In that context Bhuvi was wonderful today. Just as I thought, he can bowl at the death.
Apart from those 2 dumb full tosses, he was awesome !!

Well Pitches in sa are not like tests ,Bowling at night will be advantage but i have my reservations about mohit dharma from the odis in zim .

Yadav looks out of form. Probably solves the problem for us as to which 3 we play.
In the telecasted Ranji match, Umesh did not look out of form. He was getting seam movement as well as reverse swing at good pace. His control was actually better than what we have seen so far. Took 3 wickets. The only problem was, sometimes his run-up looked non rhythmic. Sometimes not always. I guess this issue will be judged by Dhoni and co. in the nets before the tests.
