My younger sister is MBBS topper and currently IAS officer. My younger brother is doing his MBA from IIM Calcutta after completing his BTech from IIT Delhi so Thakur and less education in UP nowadays do not go hand in hand.

maniac Posted December 9, 2013 Posted December 9, 2013 Saw Kejriwal's interview with Barkha yesterday...While I liked himsticking to his principles about forming alliances,Didnt really seem to have an agenda....I mean things like Aam Aadmi bhrastachaar se pareshaan hai etc sound good in movies but what the hell,no plans,no agenda...Guys with no experience......I rather have AAP be a NPO than a political party

I myself a Thakur from north MP and your brothers qualifications don't impress me much. When all type of stereotypes are allowed, why you taking so much offence on some banter on Thakurs. I want them to take the office responsibility and prove something in Delhi. Split the government with Congress/BJP. Take certain portfolios and prove to the people that they can deliver on their promises. Even if they do 50% work, it will be many times better than what congress/BJP has delivered. People will switch the loyalty eventually. But if they continue to shout the way they are right now from outside and show off "holier than thou" attitude then I am not buying it as yet.

CG Posted December 10, 2013 Posted December 10, 2013 Really guys i would like to know what agenda bjp and congress have which sets them apart from AAP,Is it free alcohol,money,Laptops or the subsidies [which is not rocket science],Or the the promises or they make which they do not fulfilor the secular and non secular rubbish.Take orissa for ex naveen patnaik came as a total outsider with no experience or even did not speak the language yet he with his team of bureaucrats has done well.
Shunya Posted December 10, 2013 Posted December 10, 2013 I have a feeling, AAP dint expect to win that many seats...and now they are kind of nervous getting all the responsibility to change...which often happens with newbies...It would be really good if they get more knowledge of policy making and stuff and overall administration of city/state by being in opposition...

I think this is their chance they have to own responsibility instead of fearing for failure.
maniac Posted December 10, 2013 Posted December 10, 2013 Good chance that all AAP voters will go with the Modi wave in the national elections,so these are good signs for BJP....As far as AAP's role goes,it has done it's part Lol.....This has to do with people's rejection of Congress than their beleif in the AAP as a political moment....this seems more like a frustration move by the public. I Hope AAP doesnt come into power because while I respect Kejriwal's integrity and some of his candidates,I dont think they will survive a day in the murky world of administration despite all his filmi claims.

They are just saying it for the heck of it,Everyone knows that all these AAP voters are most likely to vote for BJP in the national elections.....The average AAP voters choice will be between BJP and AAP,Congress and AAP are at the opposite end of the spectrum

Anyways Aam Aadmi party eating into BJP's votes may not be a bad thing after all.
