I dont think so' date=' Johnson will be neutralized and Anderson and broad will rear into action big time and Aussie top order is as fragile as they come and Haddin will not be able to mask it.[/quote'] You know the pitches were dry for Swann and now since he was gone.... Even Boycott said the series would have been 2-2 if there wasn't weather issues, so all this talk about Australia getting crushed in England was just looking at the 3-0 without looking in the 3-0, Anyway what's Australia got to do with India in England?

It is to show no team currently is that great playing away from home except SA. Indians winning in England will be pipe dream for India till they get some bowlers and then they need some help from weather.

U cannot neutralize sheer pace even on flattest of tracks like adelaide.Aussie do not have one bowler but a good attack with likes of harris will outbowl english bowlers and english batting is as fragile.

Australia will probably win in England if they play now. English bowlers will be more effective but their batsmen will continue to dance on the wicket.

You forgot that Aus batting would be a shambles in England. Also Boycott saying the series would be 2-2 if not for the weather. How did weather effect Trent Bridge, Lords or Durham? Those were the tests we won.

If you like India so much mate, why dont you live there? You like the UK for work, living, schooling, medical care but still support India - which has given you nothing. :nono:

Why are you in Indian forum then :winky: Last thing i need is a preaching about patriotism from a brit . The way KP mumbles when national anthem is being sung is a joke.

Old Trafford and Trent Bridge, Boycott said Australia would have one. Lords was easily England and Durham. Also England's batting was that great either. Anyway I think India can play well there, they just need to apply themselves and watch what Australia did which was to have plans. Yes I know they don't have the same quality of attack but you can still learn from that.

Celebrate that identity in Calcutta then - not in Cornwall. :two_thumbs_up:
People work in the UK, WORK!!! Get it. The reason most of them do well in the UK is because the locals are mostly useless at their jobs and are becoming more so every passing generation!! Do you think all these pommies that have emigrated to the Middle East support UAE or Qatar when they play the WC, no they support England and thats understandable!!

1. People do work - do you think we just sat around until you arrived? 2. Those expats dont take the nationality of those lands. They are guest workers. We didnt create the modern world by sitting on our hands and having others do 'stuff' for us.

Back then maybe...now its mostly an increasing population of benefit fed ignorant chavs......and the sad fact is they have found comfort in every other excuse available other than sort themselves out.

Oh please......just visit any new residential development in Spain its filled with pommie pensioners celebrating everything british!!! I dont know how well you have travelled, but there are plenty of British expats who are very proud of their roots, and plenty of pubs where they gather for match days wearing England jerseys!!

Long ago you guys did conquer many parts of the world. But the present lot..like you said....'sitting on our hands and having others do stuff' for us'......another one down..Bairstow gone!!

He can support any team he wants, so can you. Its a freaking sport, not war. Just because you live in England or have a British passport does not mean you have to support British teams in sport!

Your ancestors 5-6 generations ago created the modern world. Your ancestors for the last 3-4 generations have done jack diddly squat and lived off of the momentum of the previous 10 generations. Whether people are guest workers or nationals, anyone can support anyone in sports and thats the way it should be.

Yes, you did. You always did. Hell, that trend continues in your playing XI as well.

He got the numbers of Trott and KP.
