Why stop at Ashwin then? Why not some specialist batsman? While we are at it, we had 11 specialist batsman, imagine what would have happened. With 11 batsmen we would have scored 350+ in first inning? 400+ in second?

If Ashwin was in the team we wouldn't be here discussing whether chasing down the target is even a possibility.
thecricketer Posted February 9, 2014 Posted February 9, 2014 If we had a quality bowler to this batting line up Just seen the all time run getters for India in Test matches, with Shewag, Ganguly, Sachin, Dravid, Laxman and Dhoni in that list. All of them had played together for India during the last 10 years. Wonder what we would have achieved if we had one or two world class fast bowlers during this batting line ups prime time!
