Nobody wants to miss out on a piece of IPL pie, lucrative commentary contracts, or pensions. Tendulkar may be the only cricketer who can say something about where team India is heading and get away with it, but he is too nice of a guy to ruffle any feathers. Sandeep Patil is a good guy but turning into a yes-man.

Pawar hardly cared about cricketing matters. stuck to the money side of things. Ramesh Power was the reason mumbai won many ranji titles last decade. With a bowling average of 35 and an economy of 4.65, not exactly the worst player to represent india
