And what about Champions Trophy which was more "recent" :haha: But as per you we should let WC and CT go but focus on a jamodi :hysterical: Maybe the same logic where "India has no principles" but Pak and PCB are epitome of ethics and moral authority :giggle: You guys won the WC and CT, and played really well. Likewise, Pakistan outplayed you guys at home. Credit where credit is due. --- No one here is defending or propagating anything about PCB or Pakistan. The issue here is india, and saying "pak doesn't have any morals either" is a pretty weak argument.

Having said that, BCCI isn't behaving in this way due to desh Bhakti, they are opposing as it seems that people as well as players don't wish to play with Pakistan team. If they can make money without causing too much trouble, they'll send the team anywhere to play.

My point was about WC, CT and a 3 match jamodi series is that tens of jamodi series don't equate with a global tourney win such as WC or CT and yet Pak fans come out flaunting the same even after they were hammered for all to see in the global tourneys. Ethics/morals part is related to BCCI/India doing what serves its interests best, just as PCB/Pakistan has done over the years. PCB played drug cheats like Akhtar & Asif even after they were caught and would have done the same with Asif & Amir if they hadn't been caught in Eng. Don't make it sound as if BCCI/India is the one who does the self serving things and not Pak/PCB.

And although I believe in their right to exist - but not their policies of apartheid, I probably wouldn't go persistently asking for MFN status... that would send a better message across.

BCCI may have different reasons for not playing Pakistan but I, and I know there are plenty of Indians around, who don't want to play against Pakistan till Pak acts against those terrorists. There's a reason why no IPL team wants Pak players in their teams coz that franchise may well end up antagonizing a portion of their fanbase.

It be pretty irrational to say "oh look what happened with the samjhota express bombings, let's make indians and pakistanis alike who can benefit from MFN suffer because of the actions of a few *****y individuals (still not brought to justice)"

I'm sure the u-19 team has a few lads who are trained in combat and willing to hunt down some terrorists. Putting pressure on the PCB won't really achieve anything. Perhaps you should put pressure on economic ties? But there India seems to be eagerly awaiting MFN status. It's plain irrational.
