Not once in the series he let his frustration come through despite him seething with rage at what he was seeing on the field.

It's truly shocking to see that the players have no remorse for the thrashings. There is a lack of willingness from the players to man up to their mistakes. I think the whole structure is dysfunctional. You nailed it. It is inbred in the culture sadly...

India was down 0-1 in the 3 match series and were on the verge of losing the match and series. Worst NZ could go was a drawn series. 2. Aus team India faced had 2 ATGs in McGrath and Warne and even the other bowlers (Gillespie & Kasper IIRC) were pretty good. NZ faced Indian bowling who all together are not fit to lace McGrath's shoes. But yeah it will definitely be in the Top 3 comebacks of all times if NZ can somehow win the match. I am praying for a NZ win. There, I said it. Feck this team...........

Too many trolls. Mind you its not just an Indian thing. Pakistan Sri Lanka and BD fans on twitter in the same boat. Only difference is Indian fans outnumber the rest. So it becomes more apparent.

I think there are plenty of ways to get your point across. You dont have to be dramatic as KT and slit your wrists. Thats all i am saying. People expect too much from Gavaskar. You dont need a commentator to tell you that the fundamental problem in Indian cricket at the moment is the leadership. Be it off the field or on the field or in the dressing room in the stadium. Add to that , perennial problems such as lack of pace bowling options and corruption (off the field) and you have a perfect storm. I mean its so easy to analyse what India needs to change and anybody with half a brain will come to that conclusion. You dont need Gavaskar to tell you that. Make up your own mind. There is probably more better informed opinion on indian cricket fans.
