cowboysfan
this guy is toast,he has not made any changes to his game and still continues his poking ways outside off and trying to play everything to 3rd slip and gully.I would roll with Vijay all the way even though he is not the future.we need to wait till Rahul mautes for one more season to have atleast one good opener. G_B_
I guess he is in the side cause his expirience and stint with essex? I agree with most others have said. He has not changed his game and will continue to poke outside off stump. In sswinging conditions of England is a sitting duck. Having said that I am afraid Dhawan has become bit of a Pokeman as well. tweaker
Instead of him,a new young opener should have been selected. Link to comment
Rotating Potato
What's the obsession with this new this new that thing. So discard people who still can contribute to the team? Newbie will get many chances later. Link to comment
tweaker
The old ones does not boast of performance which merit selection in the squad.otherwise the squad would be Gambhir Sehwag Yuvraj Harbhajan Zaheer Nehra etc Link to comment
rajmarie
Gambhir will be a walking wicket. All this time outside of Indian team...but his tendency to poke at the balls outside off has increased. In Eng...if he plays....I suspect their bowlers will just bowl there and soon Gambhir will walk back in pavilion. Link to comment
putrevus
Gambhir will do just fine, he is a fighter unlike others in the team this guy has guts. Link to comment
