Not sure why his selection is compared with Yadav. May be could have gone for Dhawan ahead of Bunny but both are useless for me. So no bog deal. Overall K squad. Can't complain too much given the resources Dhawan was the highest wicket taker of this season. Scrap out Ranji and all other domestic tournament if the performance there are not considered over some Papaji ka love in the selection committee.

Also, he spent some time in England. Viru, since he was dropped has only managed 1 ton with no fifties. Gambhir has 3 in India, and one in England (county).

After a good CT and Tri Series, he was supposed to be rested for Zimboks series. Only to see him never play for India again.

The other 2 pacers are just there for "experience"!

Even at his best Virus struggled in English pitches. He doesn't even open in Ranji this season and came at 4 . Gambhir is an K a lection but would have preferred a youngster for experience. Our problem isn't with the batting anyway
