Car is not at all damaged .People in India seldom wear seatbelt sitting in the rear plus its not compulsory to have rear seltbelts in car in India .

It appears Munde was not using his Cabinet Minister privileges and there was not pilot cars etc. Usually Cabinet Ministers get priority in traffic but it seems he was not using it...
