I think it was more because of his confidence...so many 40+ scores. He definitely looks a better prospect now than before..can replace nohit.

he was no scapegoat, he was useless then and i still dont think he is that good. you need an opener who once is set can score big hundreds unlike our Uttapam.This guy on his good day can get you 50 runs but he stinks rest of the way.
