People need to stop moaning about the pitch. the pitch does not matter that much in england. Remember its what overhead that does. Today is the only clear day. The remaining 4 days are going to be quite overcast. If India can post 400 plus then I think we have a good chance if the overcast conditions come into play

Anderson put the ball in the right areas early on and Dhawan and Vijay looked in trouble. With more aggressive captaincy they could've had Pujara caught in the slips too. It's a good batting wicket but the media crying over it is over the top.

Indian batsmen have to look to bat long. With runs on the board and by building pressure without over attacking, Indian bowlers can pick a few wickets. Jaddu could also do well here. Patience is key and bowlers have to stick to their plans without letting up.
