why haven't they tried the round the wicket angle to Warner.. its the most exploited weakness of a top batsman in recent years

Bumrah  .... Bowling with extra pace, bounce and seam movement  ... can bowl a tad fuller

 

Shami .... Bowling in good areas and getting some seam movement and swing early on ... can bowl a bit quicker. He is not bowling at his full pace.

 

Saini .... bowling with extra bounce and some pace. Has got seam movement ..... needs to get his lines right

It is the start of a new tour in a new country. They are playing on a bouncy pitch after a long time, after toiling hard on low pitches for 50+ days ( where they had to bowl shorter to hit the stumps )

 

I will give them atleast 1 game to get their lines and lengths right. 

 

Moreover, the pitch looks flat in the first session so far.

Missed out 4 overs each of ours pacers. Can anyone tell me how they bowled and at which pace?

Bumrah has always been a slow starter. Saini should probably aim for 5th stump line than bowling on the pads

Bumrah is clearly rattled. He looks frustrated now, but he has only himself to blame. Gone on to bowling a yard short through out. 

Saini looks very mediocre. Needs to improve his performance fast, else the management can look at Siraj to replace him.
