Speeds and Performances of Pacers and Spinners

Bumrah bowling lots of slower balls in his 2nd spell. Even his normal balls are being bowled much slower than his first spell

Trying not to give NZ any pace to hit.

But not trying to take wickets either  ... unlike his aggressive first spell.

I don't like this approach, especially with new batsmen at the crease.

If you have a toothless bowler like Shardul thakur bowling alongside, it is obvious the mentality will also change to defensive.  Each wicket shardul takes is more of a chance, batsmen relaxing and then playing a false shot.

Even a bowler like Umesh would instill more aggression and belief in other bowlers.

Sir Shardul Sobers is once in a generation player, India is just not good enough to make full use of his paranormal abilities

The planning by coaches is very good these days.

The opposition teams just murder Shardul's bowling for 2 or 3 matches ... then,  when he is about to be dropped, they let him have a decent game and keep his place.  :phehe:

On a serious note, once Pandya returns we shouldn't play Thakur and Jadeja as i see this as a stop gap arrangement

Chahal Kuldeep combo may not work  for the size of the size of the grounds here, but they have done stupendously well for us in middle overs

Kuldeep will find his rythem if he's played regularly, you can't sideline a bowler like Kuldeep's quality for above mentioned guys
