Also what’s this line n length BS I’m hearing from current cricketers??  Yes of course u need to bowl in good areas and practice that. Everyone knows that. But if u wanna support a rookie express bowler, tell him to bowl as fast as he can. Tell him to be more aggressive and be even more impactful. And help him practice Yorkers n slower ones n bouncers during practice. We really need someone who has got the right attitude more than anything.

Yes. Pitch looks like a graveyard for bowlers and ground is small.

 

It's his bad luck that Umran gets to play his only match of this series on this ground.

This pitch, outfield and dimensions are a joke.

Absolutely no balance between bat n ball.  Watching cricket on most Indian grounds has got boring.

He was shaping well last year before the t20 world cup, put on a lot of weight, I think his time is over, a bit of utility cricket now but am sure we have seamers who can bat late down the order, shardul needs big runs if the opportunity arises for him.

Tactical move. We should give umran to bangla or Lanka. We don't deserve such bowlers.

Nagarkoti is also working hard on his batting these days, so does Ravi Bishnoi.
It's good to see that atleast the young pacers who has some potential with bat are not ignoring their secondary skills.

They need to maintain fitness and stamina as well, many Pakistani bowlers clock high speeds in T20's but trundle at when bowling long spells.

4 over bowlers. Halwa bowlers. Don't compare them to our bowlers. They aren't test quality.

First 2 balls were attempted yorkers.

I don't think the right fields are being set for Umran. No slip catcher and in a small ground like this you should not have too many boundary riders. Having one or 2 strategically placed catching fielders will be more useful.
