They may be uber pathetic but they have been clocked in international cricket. Wasim jr bowled upto 148 kph in the t20 worldcup. He ain’t no trundler.

What is the use of release speeds if he cannot beat kids for pace on a surface where Indian kids were beating batters for pace ?
