The 8-0 was largely due to extemded runs given to some of the senior players . Ideally the likes of Rahane & Virat should have played the last series in England , but it was stupid not to bring them in even for home series . This probabaly cost us the series in NZ and SA ? This culture has to change . I think Last english tour indian cricket was on high after wc win and a TEST Series in Sa were we dominated sa and should have won.Seniors like V.v.s,Sachin contributed so there was no cause of any panic.Yes during aus tour things should have changed even though dravid did extremely well in eng. phasing out should have started.But look with out any bias We were in similar positions like at lords in trentbridge,M.C.G The diff was Yuvraj,Raina was replaced by Rahane Lower order contributions have been immense like bhuvi even dhonis knock in 1st test. I agree we should change the culture where team comes first.but it has to same for all players.
